From all around Japan, news of blossoming sakura tells us that the warm sunshine and soft colors of spring are nearly upon us. We hope this finds you all well. Once again this year at HIGASHI-YAMA Tokyo, we have created a seasonal lunch menu to celebrate the cherry blossoms. We will also be serving beautiful tea and sake varieties incorporating sakura, to accompany the array of spring dishes. The scene of seemingly never-ending lines of cherry blossoms embracing the Meguro River is simply stunning.
